Important note: The following terms and conditions only apply if you buy from this website directly. If you buy via any other platform (i.e. CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, etc.) please see their terms.

Purchase Process

The theme and/or plugin payment is handled through PayPal or other payment providers (like FastSpring). On the page of our payment providers you can choose to pay with your Paypal, Amazon, debit, credit card or many others. If you don’t want to use one of these payment methods, please just shot us a short email note.

Our product prices include 19% VAT. Buyers from Non-European-Union countries will not have to pay this tax. Therefore during checkout you will be asked to provide the information about your home country and/or your VAT-ID for the correct price calculations. After the final price is calculated in the checkout process you can click the Buy button.

After the payment was made, you will receive several emails:

  • One E-Mail about your order.
  • One E-Mail if the payment was processed. This includes a link to an invoice as well.
  • And maybe one E-Mail from our servers with additional notes (for example a username and password for your new account).

If you don’t receive these emails, please check your spam folder first. Otherwise please contact us directly at [email protected] for support.

It is important that your save the emails that include your download link, your purchase code and/or access data, so you can always download the latest product versions.

Warranty

All WP-Buddy products are tested on the latest WordPress version and are tested in the latest browser versions (of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer). If you use our products with older WordPress versions or in combination with external WordPress plugins or themes, problems can occur and there is no guarantee. In case you need the theme or plugin to work with a specific WordPress plugin/theme, please contact us before the purchase to assure the plugin or theme is compatible.

Right of Withdrawal for digital Downloads

Because of your order/product purchase you agreed that we can deliver the product directly to you immediately after the purchase via direct download. Because of that you waived your right of withdrawal. However it’s legally required to inform you about the right of withdrawal. That’s why you find it below:

Right of Withdrawal

The purchaser can withdraw from or cancel his contract within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. by letter or email). In order to apply the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation within the withdrawal period. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received deliverables and any benefits (e.g. interest) have to be refunded. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the purchaser either when he/she sends his cancellation or the seller receiving the returned goods.

Product License

All our WordPress products that are delivered within the website wp-buddy.com are released under the GNU General Public License. You can use the product without restrictions for your private and commercial projects and you can use these as often as you like.

Support

If you have any questions regarding your product, please use our support form or shot us an email to [email protected] to ask your question. If you are already a buyer, please send your purchase code so that we can confirm your purchase before you get support. Please understand, that we can not answer questions about individual theme or plugin customizations.

Updates

With your individual download link sent to you via email you can always download the current version of your product. For this you need the purchase code that you can find in the e-mail. By default you have a total of 3 downloads available for your product. If you need any further downloads, please just shot us an email. We will let you know if updates for your theme are available.
